Also within the cast are a number of key actors; they include Richard Mofe-Damijo and Chioma Akpotha, who add a lot of value to the success of a movie. Mofe-Damijo represents a key character in the past of Lara, which adds a lot of depth to the mystery being revealed in the film. Akpotha is a brilliant portrayal of Lara’s sympathetic friend, who invariably grounds the audience to the movie in naturalism amidst the unfolding suspense.
Director Fola Alabi approaches the project with great attention to detail and skill in the matter of evolving tension. The feelings of unease emanate from the screen, captured within the cinematography with shadows and lighting—a great feature that bestows the very nature of setting for a scene. Jide Kosoko’s screenplay, having so much suspense, indeed had an excellently done plot that brought about a thrilling and thought-provoking experience finally.
The soundtrack is eerie and draws out the mood that comes with the film’s overall psychological intensity. This music fine-tunes the emotional and engaging elements, thus going a long way to add value to the film.
